You would need a mirror of a size that you can see your face and neck completely. Place the mirror in such a way that you do not need to tilt your head to see yourself. You can do the exercises while sitting or standing as long as you feel comfortable to do so.

You would need to use so-called brain-muscle connection. Due to the nature of the facial muscles, they do not contract by themselves by rather by the signal sent by the brain. Therefore to reach the best result visualize the movement of the muscle you are working on. In the process of exercises imagine how your muscle is working. You know you are doing it right when you feel your muscle slightly sore and the warm sensation in the skin zone you are working on.
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY TO DO FACEBUILDING COURSE?
If you do not do any relaxation facial techniques before bed your facial muscles that you have exercised earlier in a day would stay contracted which could lead to skin puffiness. This is why we recommend to perform the daily course in the morning and repeat the last 10 minutes of the daily exercieses or light massaging of the skin at night.
WHEN NOT TO DO THE FACEBUILDING?
It is not recommended to do the course if you suffer from cold, hypertension or if you are generally feeling unwell. Do not perform any facial exercises if you have any skin or facial nerve related diseases. If you have any of these symptoms or any chronic diseases consult your doctor before performing any facial muscle exercises.
